About the name
Precision takes time. That's the point.
Navelli is a small village in Italy's Abruzzo region, renowned for producing some of the world's finest saffron. Harvesting saffron requires extraordinary patience and precision. Every flower is picked by hand before sunrise, and nearly 150,000 blossoms are needed to produce a single kilogram. It is the least scalable crop in the world, and that is exactly why anyone pays for it.
That's how we think about tax work.
