This page describes what navelli.ai collects when you use this website, and how that information is stored. It does not cover information you submit through the client portal, Verifyle, or Anchor — those systems have their own privacy and security practices.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and whatever you write in the message field. When you book a call through our scheduler, Microsoft Bookings collects your name, email, and selected time. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and this site does not ask for or store Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or tax documents.
How it's stored and used
Contact form submissions are sent by email to our team via Resend and are not stored in a database on this website. Scheduling data is held by Microsoft Bookings under its own privacy policy. We use your contact information only to respond to your inquiry or confirm a scheduled call — never to sell or share it with third parties for marketing.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic. It does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.
Tax documents and client data
This marketing website does not store tax documents. Document upload, e-signature, and secure messaging for engaged clients take place in Verifyle; billing and engagement agreements take place in Anchor. Both are encrypted, third-party systems with their own sign-in and privacy practices.
